The staff is very friendly. Check in was fast and easy, room was clean with a big TV and nice air conditioning. The breakfast was organized and easy to access as well. Would definitely stay here again if I'm ever in the area.

Staff was super nice. The mattresses were terrible. If management could save a dollar and buy cheap stuff they did . Stay was okay

Great location close to the University. The staff was great, it's close to a few different restaurants, and the rooms were very clean! The breakfast was great and had a few different options to enjoy. The only downside was the water leaking from the ceiling next to the elevator - that was kind of gross. But the hotel had it blocked off and it seemed to be a recent issue they were working to address. I actually really liked staying here and looked to book rooms for some future dates. Unfortunately, they're already completely booked so this must be a popular place to stay!

The hotel is in a great location but is definitely dated. There was a musky odor in the room and the shower doors were very hard to slide.

Staff was nice. Beds were hard and not the usual comfortable bed I’ve come to know with Holiday Inn Express. The second bed in the room squeaked loudly with every movement, like the frame may have been broken. Breakfast was really disappointing, and coffee not good. It was below par for HIE.

The reason i booked here was bc i saw the breakfast pictures online. It looked good. Breakfast was nice and it was just as it looked inthe pictures. Very happy!

No vending machines for drinks. Drinks had to be purchased at the front desk. Light in the bathroom was on an automatic timer and shut off in the middle of my shower! Hotel was okay at the price point.

We had a nice stay for a few days. You can tell that the building is older while the rooms have been refurbished. Breakfast was good, plenty of choices and the area was clean.

Was booked in a room 004. Next to the hotels linen laundry and I think dumpster because the hallway always smelled like trash. Was moved to 406 which was a fine room. Buy no room cleaning service. Had to get toilet pare at front desk, trash never emptied and no new towels given.
