hébergement, idéal pour personnes qui souhaitent se retrouver comme dans une maison. Petite piscine agréable sur le terrain. Assez pratique pour pouvoir retourner vers les espaces des facs. En revanche, un petit bémol pour la chambre que j’occupais qui se situe sous l’escalier principal qui mène aux étages supérieurs et qui grince énormément. Si personne ne l’utilise la nuit, tout va bien, ce qui n’était pas le cas de la nuit, ou j’ai séjourné à la Villa Pradelle… malheureusement. Le personnel est très sympathique, la salle de restauration est très agréable. Le petit déjeuner semble copieux.

Chouette endroit avec un chouette hôte

Séjour très agréable avec l'accompagnement efficace et attentionné de Rémy. Comme un sentiment d'être dans sa maison avec une belle chambre et un espace commun très agréable. Le petit déjeuner est comme il faut varié et bon. La piscine un véritable atout avec les températures estivales du moment

hôtel très clean avec un service parfait

Nous avons dormis dans une chambre toute équipée pour 2 personnes (petit frigo, micro-onde, évier..., très claire) avec salle de bain-douche séparée ainsi que WC. Le petit déjeuné a été servi de bonne heure à notre demande. Très bonne impression.

Super endroit

Super endroit pour se relaxer apres une journée de travail. Accès à une pièce de vie ainsi qu'à une piscine intérieure chauffée. Les chambres sont spacieuses et calmes, le petit déjeuner bon et copieux. Bonne communication avec le propriétaire.

Très bon choix pour Clermont Ferrand

Accueil, information, propreté et confort au top dans cette maison au calme avec des chambres assez bien équipées et un salon confortable donnant sur la piscine chauffée. C'est tellement mieux que les hotels du secteur pour un prix excellent (tout comme le petit déjeuner)

This IS NOT a hotel, it is a B&B. Please change the classification. Quiet location 20 minute walk to city Centre. Difficult to find by car with private entry immediately off the street. Call in advance is a must. Very basic breakfast. Adequate parking. Wi-Fi is poor quality.

Lieu agréable et personne très sympathique

Très bien accueilli Par l’hôte , lieu très agréable et chaleureux aucuns reproches sur l’hébergement et la piscine à vagues. Juste la localisation où le quartier n’est pas très vivant et agréable. Il vaut mieux se rapprocher du centre pour le restaurant.
