"One staff member stood out above the rest. Fernando was always there ready to help in a variety of situations. When we were in the bar area he dealt with rude guests that he handled very professionally. We never saw him stop, he was running constantly. Extremely good employee. They seem understaffed at night. The chairs in the breakfast area were extremely worn out, a lot of people had a hard time getting out of them because they sagged so much. Every thing else was fine, except when we checked out on Monday morning, there was a young man sleeping in the lobby that we later found out was the person that would check us out. That was quite unprofessional. Overall we would stay again."

"I can’t tell you how amazing the staff was here! Me & my mom visited with my 4 grandkids (12,10,7 & 7) We slept in a little late thinking breakfast was over at 10. It was at 9 :( We showed up at 9:30. They totally went out of their way and got my grandkids cereal & muffins. Then when we checked out, they snuck bags of goldfish crackers into our pockets so the kids would have a snack home to Indiana. They were so friendly, helpful and accommodating. It was our fault, we showed up late. So they didn’t have to help at all. But they did and seemed genuinely happy to do so! I would definitely stay here again next time we come to visit Kentucky Kingdom. Our overall stay gets 5 stars from us! Kudos Fairfield! We appreciate you <3"
