"Good place to stay for few days. "

"The property is ok, nothing over the top. There’s no elevator (s) in the buildings BE WARNED! We had to lift our luggages up the stairs which was not fun. We stayed for 5 days, didn’t get any house keeping service, I later found out it’s an extra fee for that. Free parking, no complimentary breakfast. Location is great, close to highways and several local dining and shopping centers. Property was clean upon check in, and everything in the unit worked well for the duration of my stay. Great for family. Laundry in unit is a great addition."

"The chairs at the main pool near the buffet were broken and in poor condition. One of the large pools in the complex was closed for maintenance, and this was not communicated to us. We only found out when we got there and had to leave. We were told that the basketball court would be open at night. We went because we have a teenager who plays, but it was closed. There is only one very small elevator for the entire hotel. The breakfast is very good, but it is not organized. There was only one employee handling both the breakfast and the cleaning. I didn’t get her name, but she was excellent—constantly restocking items and trying to keep everything in order. It’s too much for one person. There were two toasters, but one was broken, which caused a long line just to toast bread. Honestly, the breakfast buffet area is a mess. The pancake station also had a long line, and it takes a very long time for the pancakes to be made. They should have them prepared in advance so guests can simply grab them and move on. Overall, the breakfast buffet area is very disorganized and too small for the number of guests. The dining area is also too small—you have to wait for others to finish before being able to sit down and eat. All the employees are excellent, from the front desk to the breakfast staff and housekeeping. Customer service is outstanding. However, I’m sorry to say that I would not stay at this hotel again due to all the issues mentioned above."

"I WOULD NOT STAY HERE. IMAGES ARE NOT ACCURATE AND THE PLACE IS TRAILER TRASH. I DID NOT FEEL SAFE. AS SOON AS I CHECKED IN I CHECKED OUT. THERE WAS PEOPLE WHO LIVED THERE AND WAS WORKING ON THEIR CARS IN THE PARKING LOT. HIGHLY WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. "

"There was stale wrapped up bread, cereal with no milk and a waffle maker that overcooked the waffles. No fruit or bagels or anything. When i checked in, i went to take a shower and the shampoo and conditioner bottles were completely empty. The AC doesnt blast to what it should for the temperature it was set at. Definitely not worth the money they charge per night."
