"The room was clean, bed was comfortable. The staff at the desk was friendly. My only complaint was that one elevator was down. We were on the fifth floor and the hotel was very busy for Labor Day weekend so we ended up using the stairs a lot. It seems to me that there should be a service elevator as well as two guest elevators."

"This is the second time we have stayed at this hotel. The room is clean, staff helpful, a great location and the price is excellent. Our AC unit leaked on the floor which soaked the carpet but we used towels to cover it. We were in town for the Bourbon Festival in Bardstown. It is a quick trip to and from."

"First off the last time I stayed was not pleased but always loved crown plaza so I thought why not. Absolutely amazing. The front desk staff was so sweet and let me check in a hour early. Went to Louisville game with my wife came back and went to bar and our bartender was a one of a kind. She was covered up but she took top care of everyone there. Also made a helluva old fashioned. After this trip will not stay anywhere else."

"Great staff rooms were clean. Rooms are nice. Only thing that there’s no Shuttle before 7 AM and as a business traveler, I needed a shuttle, but the Uber is not that expensive so that was fine."

"Nice renovation, pool and hot tub were fantastic. Great drinks from the onsite restaurant. Convienent to find. Unable to fully enjoy all the hotel offers as breakfast and bourbon concierge available Wednesday to Sunday."

"We booked this hotel for a weekend getaway and it was definitely worth it. It was in a great location and close to everything. I will definitely stay here again. The staff was very welcoming and friendly wanting to make sure that our stay was perfect. We did not eat the breakfast but it did smell good. There was plenty of parking."
