The Westin Cleveland Downtown
Hotel was nice, good location however the stand out for our stay was the friendly and welcoming staff. Would recommend/stay here again for that alone!

The bteakfast was not free, however it was delicious and worth the money. Upon arriving at the hotel, my husband was given dessert and cocktails as a gift, as well a an upgraded room.
