"My experience at this hotel was extremely disappointing and concerning. When I arrived to check in, the front desk employee was not wearing any shoes, which immediately raised red flags about professionalism and cleanliness. To make matters worse, I saw a live roach crawling across the desk among paperwork during check-in. Hoping things would improve, I went to the room—but it was even worse.
