Hotel Indigo Cleveland Downtown by IHG
Location & service were great. But the rooms were not that clean (3 stars). Shower head had an issue as well, only partially working. We stayed there as the location is amazing across from the basketball arena, 2 nights max.

First night woke to use the restroom only to walk into a pool of water in the floor, not the best feeling in the middle of the night. Staff were accommodating and moved me to another room. Wyndham Independence
The bed was comfortable. But the hotel was in disrepair and hadn't been updated. Our room wasn't cleaned during our four-night stay. We were told after three nights that the room would be cleaned, but it never was. They also didn't replace our towels or empty our trash.
