"The staff at this property was attentive and nice. The property left a lot to be desired. When reading the reviews prior to booking it seemed like the property was renovated, but that was not the case for us. We were put on the third floor adjacent to the Cleveland Clinic Sleep Clinic. Had I known I was paying to essentially to stay at a hospital I would not have booked. The room looked like it had not been renovated in at least 20 years. Dated, with ripped wallpaper and rugs, dirt on the doors...

"The room was great! I would have given the property 5 stars except the parking situation was a real pain. Parking deck was hard to manage with a big SUV. Getting in and out with a QR code was a great idea, but the system never worked and I had to wait for staff almost every time to get me in or out of the deck."

"Room was not ready at 6pm was given a 30 minute estimate it was an hour and a half until we got our room. Even though they said they would call us when the room was ready they didn’t and a manager assisted us. They waived the parking fee gif our trouble but I trcurvec a bill anyway to date no response from the property."

"I stayed in the Damon room. It was very well kept and inviting. The room was clean and the amenities were appreciated. Parking was off street in a secure lot. The mansion was in a nice area that felt safe. I would certainly recommend this Inn to others. I look forward to visiting again."

"Nice shower and friendly staff. Cabinets and drawers are difficult to open to access the refrigerator. The valet parking is $55 a night. We parked at a parking garage a block away much more reasonably."

"Hotel was great ! My only complaint , the pillows . They could use some pillows that are supportive. All the pillows in our room flattened out immediately and had no support . Other than that the hotel was great !"

"The property was in a good location and was well maintained. The all inclusive breakfast and dinner was a great addition but the food was just okay. The staff were pleasant and security was good. The room did not have any complimentary water or bathroom accessories like shower caps, but the bed and pillows were comfortable. All in all, our stay was comfortable."
