"The property was spectacular! This was my second stay here and they never disappoint. From the front desk staff at check in to the pool maintenance man, everyone was so accommodating and ready to willing to help in every capacity. Thank you for making our stay so memorable. Also, wanted to mention the dinner and breakfast were delicious!"

"Frank at front desk was amazing-so was Matthew at the Noshery.Pool was nice but small and not warm in room or pool.no hottub.View was fantastic.room was perfect 32nd floor. Chicken sandwich from Eliots was delicious and fast.Needed a trash can by elevator.Trash was sitting on floor by hall and elevators 2tice during our 3 day stay.all in all we loved the hotel and the service.oh and great underground access to self parking"

"The hotel and staff were excellent. The location was ideal for my trip. The only issue was nothing they can control which is the street noise. The motorcycles love to rev their engines into the night. Honestly any hotel will have to deal with that, so I recommend Hampton Inn good stay for a good price."

"First impressions weren’t bad for this hotel but after reading a few reviews I was not expecting this hotel to be as nice as it is. Very convenient location to sports fans or Rock and Roll HOF visitors. Very nice, good size park close by for exercise. Just a really clean place with a great staff. Relatively quiet but it is downtown. 1/2 price of the properties nearby. The only negative thing I could say if I had to is parking is $15 a day but I had a guaranteed spot which is worth $15. Also I didn’t have to look for parking at Progressive field. It’s a 10 from me"
