"This visit was a little disappointing. There was no soap in the room and the bathtub appeared that it hadn't been cleaned. I was told to park in front of the of the assigned room, but when I arrived there at 7 o'clock there was no space there."

"The lady that checked me in was wonderful and very nice. The door by where I parked never locked and that concerned me, as the property was not secured. Walking through to get to my room with my children was unpleasant as the building reeked of marijuana. I understand it is legal in the state but I was not expecting to encounter it at the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable - so the staff were great!"

"A good place to stay when visiting Mentor. The room I stayed in was clean, the bed was comfortable, the bathroom was clean, and amenities like fridge and microwave were there for us. The front desk staff member was friendly and helpful during check-in. There was complimentary continental breakfast included with the stay. "

"We booked through Expedia for 3 nights. Because of a medical emergency requiring us to drive 10 hours back to RI we had to leave a day earlier than expected. We experienced this emergency on Saturday evening and so informed the desk clerk. We were told we needed to call Expedia since we did not give them 48 hours advance notice. "The room was clean well stocked. There was a microwave and fridge for ease of use. Breakfast was good and easy to get to. One small issue would be that the gravy for the biscuits was in a container before the biscuits (sort of out of order). It was good just had to get use to grabbing the biscuits first. Parking was readily available."
