When we were checking in the front desk was so friendly and accommodating and explained everything about the parking and amenities. Our room was immaculate and the view was amazing. We were walking distance to Huntingdon Bank Field. We were extremely happy with the breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant, and the staff was attentive. "It’s a very beautiful and historical hotel close to everything in downtown Cleveland. Our room was great with plenty of space and an extra sitting area. Kitchen and bar are open to midnight with great food. I highly recommend. "

"Great stay! I was in town for one night and had never stayed at an Aloft property before. I've already recommended this brand to my wife for her upcoming travels this year. The room was spotless, and the furniture was clean and well-maintained. The hotel staff was helpful, offering dinner suggestions near the ballpark. They stored my luggage while I visited the R&R HOF. The location is perfect for entertainment and sports. I would definitely stay here again."

"Hotel was clean. Close to everything. We stayed for a brandon lake concert at the wolstein center. It took about 20 minutes to walk there. Tons of food around the area walkable. Right before you get to the hotel there is a pnc parking deck that only cost 8 dollars overnight. You can valet park for 50 but they go park your car in the same deck. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and quiet. "

"I've stayed at the Metropolitan swveral times. The staff is always very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are very nice and clean. I have never had the breakfast, but the reataurant has very good food, and LOVE the Vault! Great atmosphere and the drinks are always very, very good!"

There a ton of choices to eat lunch or dinner nearby and you are literally a block away from Rocket Arena. The room was spacious and clean.
