Hotel dekat Aquarium Greater Cleveland

"Got locked in and had to out an emergency exit room was not ready at check in time. Garrage gate would not work even though I purchased parking ahead of time them kept being told I would just have to use public parking could not leave and come back in car. Front door did not work with card. A lot of issues with maintance. Not impressed"

"Very nice stay. Super clean. Easy check in instructions. The bed was comfortable. Highly recommend"

"A small issue with amenities in the room but the property went above and beyond to make it right"

"Perfect location for Cavs game and nearby dining. Lounge made really good martini and gimlet."

"A good place to stay right across from a Beautiful."

"The front desk team was amazing. Hotel was under construction and elevator delays. My only concern was the room I was placed in! Was large and I appreciated that. But there were so many projects half done. Towel hook off wall, paint was consistent, curtain rods were irregular. Walls had patches. Also, housekeeping only cleaned the room one day out of four and it was missing a remote."

"Beautiful room, loved the fireplace, the bathroom and the valet option. The restaurant on site is wonderful."

"Absolutely one of the worse hotels I've ever slept in. The cooling in the suite didn't even cool the bed area it was so hot and stuffy. If you have allergies run the suite trigged an allergy attack so bad that I couldn't even sleep. The shower was ghetto rigged with a two dollar valve on top of the shower....they had the nerve to charge me what they charged and when I confronted the desk person all they could say was Ill give you your parking free....(Which they did not). Horrible... Run"

"The hotel was wonderfully placed right off the interstate and right next to Progressive Field with a great view of the city. Everything was clean, and the staff was very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was also excellent!"
