"Clean and spacious room for my son and I to go to a concert at Playhouse Square. Valet is a bit pricey but totally worth it to not figure out where to park when you aren't from the area. Lovely hotel and location! Ordered Uber Eats after the show and had no problem with selections for food too."

"Hotel was clean. Close to everything. We stayed for a brandon lake concert at the wolstein center. It took about 20 minutes to walk there. Tons of food around the area walkable. Right before you get to the hotel there is a pnc parking deck that only cost 8 dollars overnight. You can valet park for 50 but they go park your car in the same deck. The breakfast was really good and the room was clean and quiet. "

"Our room was not properly cleaned. There was a cracker on the floor. Hair on the floor and in the sink of the bathroom. Debris on the floor. Dirt and marks all around the bed skirt. Hand/finger marks all over the closet doors. Spilt substance on the wall where the bathroom door slides. The bathroom smelled really bad. "I stayed at the Kimpton Schofield across the street a week prior to this visit, and this hotel was not as good as it relates to comfort, food, and hospitality. Although this hotel was not bad, for the price, I would just suggest Schofield as opposed to this one."

"The staff are super friendly and helpful, and I can’t emphasize enough how kind they were. The property on the other hand is kinda rough with old appliances/tvs and no tv guide. The breakfast was an extra charge, and the area was kinda out of the way for what was charged. Also, this is not a comment on my rating of the place merely a note for people considering staying there; the few shops that were nearby weren’t open. "
