"The valet attendants were fantastic; helpful & friendly. As a solo, female, traveling I always felt safe coming and go from the hotel. The doors lock at 10pm and require a room key for entry. The desk attendants were very friendly, always had a hello/good morning/evening. The room was small, but stunning! I chose the hotel for the aesthetics and they did not disappoint! I would absolutely stay again."

"We were so glad we selected The Roost for our stay in Cleveland. It started with the friendly helpful staff at check in and throughout our stay. The building security gave us a good sense of safety. One of the biggest perks was the building was within walking distance of so many venues and restaurants. We securely parked our car in the connecting garage and didn’t worry about driving anywhere (unless we wanted to). We would stay there again and recommend The Roost to everyone."

"Friendly front desk staff, helped me out with an issue on my check-in time. Location is excellent, nice area of Cleveland. Within walking distance of Rock and Roll hall of Fame, football stadium, Science Museum. Free buffet breakfast and free light dinner food."

"AC did not work. Maintenance promised fan that never appeared. It was 90 that day. Breakfast was horrible and service was even worse. Good Margarita in the bar and front desk staff were good. One night not worth $398. Valet staff had to be tracked down to park car."

"Bottle of water not given ar checkin, oe nail clippings on room floor, no coffee pods, dirty water left in Keurig, empty conditioner bottle in shower, nearly empty TP roll with no spare, and complimentary coffee hidden inside the $18 per person breakfast buffet (not complimentary). Definitely the worst experience I've had at a Hilton. It was one thing after another that we had to deal with and a constant distraction from the reason for the trip."
