"Well appointed modern room, well laid out public spaces. The restaurant and bar were comfortable. Breakfast was excellent with custom orders as well as a buffet. The staff were really helpful and friendly and went out of their to make our visit enjoyable"

"Best thing about this place is the bed and reception staff. Bed was incredibly huge and comfortable. Reception staff were great, helpful and understanding. Sadly that's it. The pool area, changing rooms and surrounding areas very unhighenic. Lots was also out of order, the steam room and jacuzzi for example. Broken hairdryers and lockers in the changing rooms. Drinks and dinner was expensive but service was pretty bad. I struggled to get served at the bar while the staff were busy arguing with...

More than willing to offer guidance and suggestions on activities and places of interest around Achill Island. Very comfortable and quiet room. "John, the owner and operator of this B&B was very welcoming and accommodating during our 3 night stay. Our room, #2, was charming (older) and very clean. We had a private bathroom and our window faced the road and offered a beautiful, pastoral view of the green fields, local horses, and far-off lakes. Breakfast (from 8:30 - 10:00 am) was delicious with eggs, link sausage, ham, porridge, breads, yogurt, etc. Parking was plentiful and only steps away from the entrance to the B&B. I recommend this...
