"I was only there one night. I arrived at 2:00 pm and was told check in was at 3:00 pm and no rooms were ready. I stay at hotels often and understand rules, or should I stay guidelines. I most often check in early if rooms are available. I walked the halls and so no cleaning staff carts on the first floor.
