"This was a beautiful clean, family-friendly, lovely beachside motel that made for a perfect stay! We had everything we needed! Comfortable bed, kitchenette with table, gorgeous balcony with amazing ocean view, clean linens, towels, and toiletries! There were even grills outside available for our use if we had wanted to do a summer bbq! Enjoyed the free coffee and the dvd library too! The best part was the easy access to the beach with not even a road to cross. The sandy beach was long and shallow, perfect for young children, and also very enjoyable for us parents! We will be back for sure!"

"Super clean and beachy themed room! Super comfortable bed. A/C was super strong which was amazing after long-hot days at the beach!! Parking was super convenient as you have 1 spot for your own room (same number as room). Staff was super friendly upon arrival and departure ! Me and my boyfriend went and had more than enough room in our king bed suite. We stayed for 4 nights and wished we could have stayed for more! Super convenient walk (approx 10 mins) to all the “old orchard beach” festivities and lots of walkable bars and restaurants close by! Definitely booking again - couldn’t be more impressed !!"

"The property is gorgeous. If you are looking for a piece of very well maintained history, this is your place. Everything was clean, staff were friendly and helpful. It is just mins from the strip. Lots of food around and a super short walk to the beach, which saved us a ton on parking. Also close to the amusement park, which my daughter loved. My only complaint was a rowdy group of ladies last night right under our window. They were talking and laughing SUPER loudly and kept us up until about 2am. They were in front of the lobby where you check in, so we were hoping staff would say something, but I don’t think anyone did. It was our last night and we had a 4 hour drive that morning, so it was hard not to be annoyed. Other than that it was a perfect stay and I absolutely recommend the property !"

"We loved the location. The room was generally clean ,but needed some attention from maintenance. Front desk clerk did not provide any instructions upon arrival, unless I specifically asked the questions (i.e. parking, location of room, etc.) . The pillows on the bed needed replacement (flat and hard. )The blanket in the closet had not been washed from a previous guest."
