Incredibly clean, beautiful views from our room- however based on the building’s layout one could have a beautiful view from any room! Friendly and helpful staff, room was absolutely perfect! 3 travelers- 2 adults and 1 child and we stayed in a 1 King Bed with pull out couch option and the price was well worth it and far more reasonable compared to other properties in the area. The heated saltwater pool was also perfect- incredibly clean as well! The washer and dryers on site is a nice touch, with complimentary coffee (k cups) at the front office. The room’s mini fridge was quite substantial and fit a lot. The furniture was comfortable and I felt that the rooms overall were carefully designed to both optimize the space and functionality. No criticisms, only compliments! We will definitely be back!

The room was very nice as was the staff. We arrived preseason and the hotel had only been open a week so there was still some things that needed touching up i.e. still air in water pipes, hot water slow to come out, banister and railing on room deck wasn't sturdy and roof over deck needed a good power washing and chairs on deck needed repai or replace. Overall a nice stay and I would stay again.

The parking spot for our room was terrible. The spot is on the corner and there is very limited space to turn the corner and clear the parked car. Plus everyone seems to be staring at the ocean as they turn the tight corner. Someone's car scratched my car while it was parked there. Quiet hours make sense because you can hear normal conversation in the next room through the walls. However, the view is beautiful and the beachfront location is very nice.

It was fitting for a quaint getaway in Maine. The location is great for Old Orchard Beach (if you're unfamiliar it's basically a small beach town that is still very close driving distance to Portland, so you can see Portland easily while here)... Old Orchard Beach itself is almost like a small amusement park carnival town from yesteryear which is fun in its own way, but that's for another review. The room itself was a bit dated, but clean and maintained. The bed was comfortable, the small kitchenette area was nice and there were plenty of Keurig options for an otherwise no frills front desk that didn't serve breakfast. The view was great... basically it goes A, B, and C with C being closest to the ocean. Even if you don't have one of the really close ones you should be able to see the water in some capacity, and you can also use some of the hotel's many adirondack chairs that are right in front of the water. The only complaint I do have, if there is one, is that the walls are slightly thin. Normally that's not an issue as people are quiet and enjoying the beach. On the second morning we were there someone next door was playing their TV, it didn't seem like it was a loud setting but it carried anyways and took away from the beach aura and mistique (of course I'm biased and don't know why you would ever watch TV while you have the ocean to gaze at and enjoy). All in all, I would stay here again, it's a nice little place.
