"Front Desk staff was Amazing. The restaurant left a lot to be desired, went down for breakfast our last morning there. The property is located right next to a “dispensary” so any time you stepped outside you were greeted by a very “distinctive” odor. Never were able to access the rooftop pool, tried several times. Keys never worked to get up there. Just gave up on that, so thought the “resort fee” was as a bit excessive. The location was great, hotel was clean and quiet."

The location is absolutely unbeatable—nestled right in the vibrant heart of the LES, just steps away from iconic spots like Katz's Delicatessen and surrounded by fantastic dining, galleries, and easy subway access. It’s the perfect launchpad for exploring NYC. Our corner room was a true urban oasis. Having the extra space and natural light from the large windows made the room feel incredibly expansive, offering stunning views...

"No help with adjusting ac on heat wave. No sleep, no connection with staff via virtual phone call ."

"We had to move rooms three times. First because the HVAC unit was making so much noise that we couldn't hear ourselves think. Second, we found bugs, yes bugs, in our room. The third move was to a larger suite and we were comfortable until we used the shower. The drains were clogged and had to call service. The worst part of it all was the cleaning lady decided to help herself to all the change I had on the coffee table. Won't go there again."
