"Water did not run out of the sink in the bathroom and we had no hot water. As we were only staying one night whilst waiting for our flight we did not have chance to mention this to staff. Not as good as last time we stayed. However food in the bar was good and our server Liam was very helpful. Good transport to and from the terminal."

"We stayed here for the weekend whilst visiting Manchester for a concert. I was very impressed, they had 2 weddings receptions during our stay and we heard nothing! The room was clean, spacious twin beds, teapigs tbags and bottled water. Staff were friendly, a great stay."

"The room had stylish decor , and was modern and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I had a good sleep ready for my morning flight. The bar area had a good atmosphere, and a wide selection of food and drink l. I would definitely recommend staying at this hotel. The only issue I had was the sign posting in the terminal around t3 to find it , but everything else was excellent"

"The hotel looked very posh and impressive from the outside, and that was probably the only part I genuinely liked. Unfortunately, once inside, it felt about 30 years behind modern standards. The room was clean, but honestly, the average person probably has a better bedroom and bathroom at home than what was being offered here. I also paid extra for a room with a king-size bed, but it was the smallest “king” bed I’ve ever seen, which was really disappointing. The bath was ridiculously small too...

"I was pleasantly surprised that my single room was better than I expected and had a view over the garden. However, the single bed was very small and uncomfortable and I was kept awake much of the night by people in the next room talking and opening and closing doors, so the walls must be very thin. The shower was very difficult to operate and even the slightest movement of the handle made it so that the water was either boiling hot or freezing cold, which made for a difficult time when I was...

"The location of the hotel is great for our needs. The staff go the extra mile to make you feel at home, whilst retaining a professional but friendly manner. Extremely dog friendly and our 4 legged family member is always made to feel welcome. We will be happy to return."
