We did discover on this trip that we should have waited a week or two since they were in transition to full season services. Its carpets are old, no elevator on establishment, door closed after certain hour and nobody picks up the phone to respond to need to replace stained blankets. I am amazed such a 3 star hotel exists in Canada and there is no inspection by the town of Goderich. It barely deserves one star. We would definitely not come back"
