"The staff and room were fine, but it just needs updated and an elevator. Breakfast and parking were fine."

"I want to give this quaint hotel five stars. The place is beautiful, the staff are super friendly and helpful and professional! The restaurant was Devine - top notch food and spirits! It’s just that it’s not restful. We were up until the staff were done for the night, then other guests filtered in making their own racket. It’s an old house - so it’s truly not meant or designed to be sound-proof. Outside of the disruptions, this was a fantastic stay!"

"I recently stayed at Turning Stone and overall had a good experience. The property is very large and offers plenty of amenities and things to do. One challenge was finding the front desk from the parking garage—it was a bit confusing to navigate at first and better signage would have been helpful. During my stay, I also checked out the Ahsi Spa, which was a nice addition to the experience. Overall, the stay was pleasant, and the size of the resort provides a lot of options for guests to enjoy....

"The bathroom floor was dirty. The noise from upstairs was unbearable- too loud even through ear plugs."

"I left a mouthguard on the night stand. I know where I left it. I called that night, desk person seemed too busy, said she would call me. Never did. I called back-nothing. Oh yeah, there was no hot water for the morning shower. When I called the desk, they were not supervised. At night there were some relatively scuzzy folks at some evening parties. Never again."

"We had a great stay in such a beautiful building and location. The staff could not have been better. I would definitely recommend this place."

"The surrounding area looks economically depressed and we had some initial concerns about safety. Check in was easy. We were provided with two keys for the front door and room door. The house is well maintained and in keeping with original design. We stayed in the wine and roses room which is next door to the kitchen. If you like to sleep in, this is not the room for you due to breakfast noise. The breakfast was good and timely. There was a hot option (bread pudding and chicken and herb sausage)...

"This is the dumbest place to stay. Minimum room accessories, cereal only for breakfast. I will not be staying there again!"

"The room was clean and a good overnight stay for a couple just looking to spend most of their time at Turning Stone Casino that was only several miles away. The breakfast was small but so was the price."
