The sleigh bed and size of the bed was nice. It can be hard to find this in Scotland. I wouldn’t say Elgin was our favorite spot in our 2 weeks in Scotland, and this hotel was average with a cool old feel. The breakfast was nice. Really clean and all staff lovely and friendly. Really enjoyed dinner at restaurant too. View at front of hotel is beautiful and plenty on parking. Only thing missing was electric charger for car.

The room was clean. However, we decided not to stay as we did not feel safe. The door has a very weak lock and access from the street up to the rooms is open to anyone. Also, the en suite bathroom and toilet door did not close or lock.
