"I’m hoping this was a staffing issue but we had to change rooms at 11 pm before getting into bed (thankfully I checked). The sheets and toilet seat were covered in hair and what looked like grass ? The rooms are in desperate need of a deep clean. The woman who helped us was so kind, nothing on the front desk staff but management needs to better clean their rooms. "I didn't like the fire alarm going off at 11am when you get in at 4 am and no warning what so ever! The manager lied and said they have no idea when the are coming to test the alarms I call bu You don't just test alarms that is poor management. Was only compensated 1 day when there mistake ruined 2 days! Never again unless management is replaced!"

"My wife and I had to leave the hotel 2 days before our stay was scheduled to end because each night our room was bombarded with the smell of weed smoke and god knows what else, and fellow guests on our floor were blaring music and creating other suspicious noises that made the environment feel uncomfortable and unwelcoming. "Pool is green . Rooms are dirty and beyond livable even for moments . Requested a refund after paying due to dried blood on lamp shade roaches on the floor . Mirror hanging from door and tub brown in color from some kind of stain . Was told at the front desk I would get a refund then later company emailed me saying I would not with an explanation of nothing was going on in hotel . Which was not my complaint was the people prior to me checking in complaining of being approached by someone...

"The room smelled like someone peed in the corner and had little piles of insect debris under the window. The beds were comfy but made awful noises when you moved. The clerk at check in was not very informative. Breakfast selections were minimal and not appetizing. Giving this booking an overall "okay" rating is generous. We stayed in 4 different hotels along our vacation trip and this was by far the worst. Thankful it was only over night to get some rest and move on."

"Staff was great and helpful. The actual room was terrible and dirty. I don't think it was really the staff's fault. Management needs to get their act together and they need to hire better housekeeping, or hire housekeeping period. There were giant roaches (?) in my room. I wasn't expecting much for a Studio 6—I am no stranger to a motel—but this is abysmal. Don't book here."
