"I had to extend the stay with an extra day. Called the property and was done in seconds ( of course because was available ) The process was smooth and easy. Thank you"

"The place has a nice view from the terrace and it’s very quiet, modern and clean. I actually booked an additional night right after I got there. I highly recommend it."

"Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! 😊 Le logement est très facile d’accès et l’application rend tout vraiment simple et pratique. Tout est propre, neuf, moderne et très bien pensé, avec des lits particulièrement confortables. C’était idéal pour notre séjour itinérant à travers la Roumanie, notamment grâce au parking pour notre voiture, un vrai plus pour voyager sereinement ! Nous recommandons vivement ce logement pour son confort, sa praticité et la qualité des équipements. Merci pour ce...

"Room was nice and clean, the only downside is that you can’t leave your bags there after checking out."

"Vicinissimo al centro Camera molto spaziosa e pulita"

"Very clean and conveniently located apartment."

"Navy Nest Inn is a new property offering all what one needs for a comfortable stay. We are very satisfied with the property and highly recommend to the travelers. It’s situated away from the city centre but Bolt service is available with fairly rates. "

"The property was beautiful, very quiet and very clean. There was some constructions next to the building but didn’t hear much inside the apartment. The bus location is at the corner of the building that takes you to the center of the city."

"Great lil apartment- only thing I would complain about is there is only 1 AC in the living room and it doesn’t cool the bedroom very much. Also access to the facility is all the way in the back of the property which is alittle bit of a hike because they don’t give you access codes to other buildings so you can cut through. Overall very satisfied!"

"Everything was amazing. The view was the highlight of everything — overlooking the entire city, it was the perfect way to start my mornings. The host was very polite and willing to help us whenever we needed him. Apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable, and the location couldn’t be better — close walking distance to anything you would need. Cannot recommend this place enough!! 10/10."

"Had 4 great nights at this wonderful little gem of an apartment in the heart of old town in Cluj. Clean, tidy and cool with all neccessary appliances etc. Its very central but also no noise from city what so ever, slept great. Highly recommend!"

"The apartment is beautiful inside & in good location. Took us a little while to find it as the building is not terribly well sign posted but we got there eventually! "

"parfait"

"Never book this property!!! Host never answered us and we were left stranded booking a last minute hotel when we arrived in Cluj!!! We had nowhere to stay because the host never messaged us checkin information after callijg the number 11 times and sending 5 emails! Horrible experience through Expedia as well since im requesting a refund! "

"The property itself is very nice but make sure you go into the right parking garage. This building has 3 and one of them has no way of getting you out of you go in! We were stuck in there for 2 hrs with no way of getting out because this parking garage only has access via phone and not a passcode. We ended up having to pull a lever on the garage to get us out. This particular entrance wasn't one that the property manager told us to go into but she herself didn't know how to get us out of there....

"The address shown on Expedia is incorrect. I booked this based on the location. I tried to contact the host to confirm all was correct prior to day of booking but they didn't respond. On the day of the booking the hosts contact me asking for additional payment. I promptly paid this and heard nothing back. At check-in time I again tried to call the host and after few times calling they answered asking for the additional payment first. I told them that I had already paid. They then said they...
