"Great place and super clean! Location is great and super close to a good pub and an IGA. Staff was super friendly and very accommodating to our needs! Only two nickpicks are that the TV is too far away from the sofa and the bed was too soft for me (but that's just personal preference)."

"Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. The Garden Deluxe Room was located right next to the main road, and the constant traffic noise made it difficult to sleep or relax. Even the balcony faced the road, so it wasn't the peaceful setting we expected. The in-room hot tub looked great in theory, but it wasn't practical. The water jets were so powerful that they splashed water onto the nearby carpet, and there was no way to adjust the pressure. It also made the room very steamy, so we ended...

"Older motel, but rooms renovated, spacious and clean. Air con worked well and plenty of bedding and quiet.. Very handy to restaurants."

"We've stayed here before it was renovated, and its much nicer now. A comfortable room for the night. It was cold outside but we stayed warm indoors with the electric blanket and air con on warm to heat the room. The pillow was soft and didn't give me a neck ache (unlike the last place we stayed 😄). Bonus was the coffee maker and 2 tim tams!"

"Older property with spacious rooms, overall its clean but the bath had mould stains throughout the silicone around the edge. Reverse cycle heating was appreciated in Ballarat and the motel is walking distance was shops and restaurants."
