"The house is very clean, the kitchen is stocked with everything you need. Just an FYI- the coffee maker is old school- brew a pot, not a Keurig. Important to know if you are a coffee drinker so you know what type of coffee to bring. "The house and location was great. It did have a yard area I didn’t see a garden. I don’t remember a washer and dryer but there is a washteria/ laundry mat as you are enter Surfside which I have used before. We hope this house is still there after Beryl hurricane. We loved it and will be back. "
