"The room was a good size for my wife and me, appreciated the air conditioning especially during a heat wave, shower facilities were very good and the coffee maker and cupboard with bowls, plates, microwave very useful though we didn’t use them. The only thing was that we found the mattress too hard which caused us discomfort and the fire alarm went off about 6am but was quickly switched off. The location of the hotel is useful being close to both railway stations, underground, bus stops, bars...

"Staff did their best to make a bad situation, tolerable. As noted by the hotel, they are surrounded by construction that is noisy and messy. Parking is nearby but you have to drag your luggage to the hotel. We had dinner in the restaurant and service was good as was the food. "

"Ich war es nicht gewohnt, dass ein Zimmer nur alle drei Tage gereinigt und ebenfalls so auch die Handtücher gewechselt werden, verstehe aber den Umweltaspekt dahinter und muss betonen, dass das Personal sehr zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit ist, wenn doch mal Toilettenpapier ausgeht, das Handtuch frisch gewünscht wird oder ein Fresh up gemacht werden soll :) Frühstück völlig ausreichend, Lage perfekt für den ersten Besuch in der Stadt. Alles fußläufig gut zu erreichen."
