"Great no frills property, that I have the opportunity to stay at frequently. Check in is effortless, with friendly staff & management. My room preference are superior kings, which are clean & spacious. There is ample free parking, on all sides of the property. Maintenance keeps the grounds, almost spotless of litter. All rooms are smoke free, however there is a designated, outside smoking area. Many rooms are pet friendly. Overall, another nice stay. Highly recommended "

"Stepping into a time capsule! This place DESPERATELY needs attention!!! Peeling paint, locks and windows don’t work, dust and dirt everywhere! There was even dog hair on my bedding when I arrived… I’m allergic to animal dander. Even the jacuzzi tub in the room had left residue on the tip of the bubbles when filled. Shower had hair in it still. The windowsill on the bay window was FULL OF DEAD BUGS! The dirt and dust on the outside of the banister made me question if housekeeping even cleaned before we came."

"I booked my hotel off of hotels.com. I live 2 hrs from Erie pa. The plan was to pay for this beautiful hotel and swim all day. No other plans. We get there and the pool is closed for renovations. A paper was given to us if we want to swim we can go next door. This was absolute false advertisement. Our trip was ruined. So we paid an insane amount for no amenities because everything is closed or under construction "

"Our room was clean, though trash cans were missing liners. Breakfast was good, something for everyone, but some items did run out. Pool was small and a tad crowded during our stay so we opted to not use the pool. Drinks from the hotel’s store were pricey."

"on our arrival we received room 212 and after entering the room we were overwhelmed with the smell of cigarettes, which we went downstairs to address right away. We were then accommodated to another room on the second floor 216 the room was clean but the beds were not queen beds as we originally requested. We did not want to complain again because we figured it’s just a room to sleep in as we were staying the weekend for splash lagoon but our weekend turned into more problems with the stay as we had purchased food for the weekend and placed them in the mini fridge not knowing it didn’t work and when we woke up the next day the food was spoiled and the fridge was warm. I informed the front desk at checkout and his response was just a sorry shoulder shrug with little to no remorse. I regret staying here but i guess that’s what we get for $100 a night. I could’ve rejected the hotel all together seeing the conditions of the room with unfinished paint and stains on the wall but again didn’t. Overall the hotel is clean but you can tell it’s independently owned and in need of repairs everywhere from the pools broken tiles to the rooms conditions. Next time i won’t be cheap and pick a better hotel."
