"We weren't able to check in until 4:00, which was not convenient!! The hotel was busy..lots kids..loud music, parking was difficult. Sat was hopefully to be a relaxing day at the pool..was an afternoon of Loud Rap Music!! Awful!! Couldn't stand it!! Shall I say it wasn't my crowd or People! Seemed to be overrun by Rappers...and screaming kids..loud kids above our room..banging on floor for long periods of time!! No Class!!"

"We had high expectations. We’ve been wanting to come here for a while, but it was our first and our last time we came on memorial weekend can I just start with saying they had no ice machine working!! and the hotel didn’t supply any from the restaurant. Their answer was we could go across to buy ice which is pretty funny because the refrigerators were really small with an extra small compartment of a freezer so, where did they expect us to keep our ice?lol. When we booked the room, it did say we were gonna have a microwave in our room which apparently wasn’t true. Only the suites on the first floor have them where they also have ONE microwave for everybody else to use did I mention we were on the third floor so we had to go down three floors to use a microwave. They also have about 90 something rooms with probably 15 chairs by the pool. DISAPPOINTED!!"

"I was very dissapointed with my stay. I stayed in a room that had a fire pit out in the balcony which of course was more money, when we got to our room the fire pit wasn't working, then the engineer of the property had to come over and figure out the problem. The next day I left early to the pool leaving my son to sleep in, so I requested for housekeeping to come later. We left the property so I called the front desk to ask if housekeeping could go and refresh my room. I also explained to them that my son had bug bites on his leg, and there was a spider on the ceiling. Well housekeeping NEVER arrived. I called 4 times they never cleaned my room. I had a dirty room for 2 nights. That same day I went to the pool at about 4pm no clean towels in sight. The shower curtain in my room smelled like old wet rags. The slidding door had a broken knob with dirty curtains. I paid $800+ for the worst stay. I had initially wanted to stay until checkout on Monday, but decided to leave early. Before checking out I spoke to the front desk about my experience, and they said that a Manager would reach out to me. I'm still waitting for that to happen. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE."

"Talking to one the mangers Jennifer was very friendly and helpful. I appreciate the staff there all were friendly and easy to talk to. The bed was very comfortable that I didn’t want to leave. Looking forward to staying there again soon."

"Impressively bad stay, booked last minute for Memorial Day weekend and had low expectations, but, man they couldn't even meet those. We were greeted by a drunk guest telling us why he hated his marriage then waited a half hour to check in, we were second in line. Smoking and drinking at the filthy main pool mid afternoon with everyone playing their own music super loud. Bartender said they'd been may lose their liquor license if their pool is busted again for outside alcohol. The Merlot was pretty good. Pools were not cared for, missing concrete, standing fetid water all over the place. Ice machine and water station too filthy to use. Room 157 had a view of their chaotic repair trailers, a leak above the shower, only very hot water in shower and pillow cases made of sand paper. I wouldn't put bare feet on the carpet. Clientele seem to think it's spring break, even the 5 who paid for dinner and a show with the "Cher". Do not have your worst enemy stay here... They can do better. There's a "sister" property next door that looks even worse. Beware."
