"Staff at the hotel was excellent. Friendly and knowledgeable. Helpful with restaurant suggestions and directions. HOWEVER: We stayed 3 nights to attend a wedding in the area. Housekeeping did not clean our room during our stay. We had to ask for clean towels on day 2. And coffee for the room. Also, the reservation mentioned complimentary " made to order" breakfast. No such thing- we did enjoy our breakfast and the wait staff, but all at our cost. So..would I recommend staying...maybe... The front office staff and crew were fun."

"The hotel was great we like that it wasnt crazy packed, the pool was fun and the room was nice. It is a bit older but we love Lucy ❤️ so the pictures made the hotel for us. There was a restaurant in the lobby but it wasnt open in the evening when we were there so we needed to go off site, it was ok but would have been nice to not drive away.we will still come back it was affordable and convenient for us."

"Place has such a fun cute vibe, however it could use a deep clean and maybe a face lift. Its a colorful and fun property with pool parties on the weekends and drag shows in the cantina; however the issues are in the details. Everything was a bit rundown. I arrived and immediatley noticed the worn state of the room with light fixtures falling off the walls, rusty or broken bathroom fixtures, multiple stains in the carpet and stained/ripped drapes. Things like this extended out to the pool deck with rusty and stained sunbeds (which go for $100/day) dirty chairs.. ripped or broken umbrellas. Etc. Also noted that the pool deck was just dirty.. trash, used towels, and empty cocktails laying around. General housekeeping was also lacking. The halls and breezeways were pretty unkempt with grimy outdoor breezeways andtrash that sat for at least two days. I also put out my sign for housekeeping three times and it went unnoticed. Location is good though slightly out of the way. This property has sooo much potential and it was really disappointing to see such a cute accomodation not meet expectations."
