"Pros:
- Right in front of the beach.
- Free city bus stop right on the doorstep.
- Walkable distance to shops and lighthouses.
Cons:
- The shower heads need maintenance. They are quite wobbly.
- Soundproofing could be improved. Street and neighbour noise can be a bit noticeable."

"The boat harbour view was pleasant from our room.
The extra bed in the room should have been a King single, our son’s feet were hanging off the end.
The basin in the bathroom was very very low.
The shower needed a good scrub.

"Kula is a lovely property. The apartments are well presented, spacious and comfortable. The location is also great and walkable to the beach and mall. There were some issues with one of the lifts not working, however the team communicated quickly and clearly and it was rectified the next day.
