"Whilst the location was ideal and the setup seems nice (good quality kitchen and furniture etc), the walls and ceilings seem to be made of paper. You can hear everything going on in the accommodation around you like you're in the room with them. Luckily, they actually supply earplugs in the arrival pack!! I was also woken up by cars wheelspinning outside in the middle of the night so maybe not a nice neighbourhood. The arrival instructions also confusing where it showed 2 different parking...

"It was a great location, lovely views of South bank. The apartment was very roomy and it was great to be able to have a rollaway bed added at last minute. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The windows hadn’t been cleaned as there were child’s handprints all over them and not sure it had been thoroughly vacuumed as there was glitter on bedroom carpet. It was all ok for a base while passing through Brisbane. Parking was safe and secure too. Coffee machine would have been a great addition. We checked in after 5pm which meant we had to call someone and then wait for a staff member to arrive to check us in. They then proceeded to check in another family, who arrived after us, first. We had to wait a long time."
