"It was like a homeless encampment, it was horrible. The rug was so disgustingly dirty. It looked like it hadn't been vacuumed for a month. Everything was just nasty.My daughter is a cleaner.She cleans houses for a living.She was so disgusted. The microwave was dirty, trying to get a whole different staff to have new beds and sheets. I said no ,she put us in one anyway so I had to call and get her to give us another room. She then had us take everything out of that room then go get another key for the new room Only to find out it was right across from the room we had. Very frustrating."
