"Everything was great. Staff was extremely friendly and helpful when contacted, room was very clean (especially the bathroom and shower) and tidy, and very quiet with virtually no noise from hall and other rooms (e.g., slamming doors). The room lighting was soft and low intensity, but there was no bright light that could be turned on, which would have been nice to have. Also, the sliding glass bathroom door (translucent) means that the light spills out into the room at night, and doesn't block much sound (I think). But those are minor issues."
