02/09/2026 everything started out all right I had to pay an extra $20 bucks for a early check in plus the hotel fee .. everything started out good till 10:30 pm when I had to retrieve my Gambling 88year old disabled wheelchair mother from the same slot machine she been playing on for three hours and take her back up to the room ,as we made our way up there was a different security guard at the post by the elevator Young Asian guy with glasses who asked for my ID and my Sisters ID who was pushing my elderly Mothers wheel chair..I told him my mother was on the list of people who are in my room... He demanded to see her ID ...I told him okay I'll have to go up and get her ID from the room so I did leaving her and my Sister there at that post ..I came back down and they where gone ..I showed him the ID ..which he didn't even take a glance at it and said " I let them go on up " ...that made my blood boil..I had the worst time that night .. I couldn't sleep because of that incident...and still makes me sick when ever I see a Chuckchansi commercial on tv now ..I paid alot of money for that room and to get that rude disrespectful coward to ruin everything that night for me ...took one rotten employee to reassure me I'll never ever go back to Chucknasty again...
