"I have had the experience of staying in numerous hotels previously, but unfortunately, the Stamford Suite fell short of expectations, particularly given its location in a city with a high cost of living. My disappointment was palpable. In contrast to the superior accommodations I encountered in some Third World countries, the Stamford Suite left much to be desired. Upon arrival, the front desk personnel failed to greet me, and when I expressed gratitude for the key, I wasn't acknowledged....

"What a disappointment. I had something unexpected with my health that put us in no position but to have to do only one night. I asked the property the week before the stay , and there was no budging from the two night minimum. I completely understand rules, but sometimes health takes its own course and things become unforeseen. Such a shame even with proof there could not be any type of refund or accommodation. Like I said, I get the policy, but for HEALTH, I would think that a successful place...

"Absolutely wonderful hotel and location. Only warning is the pull out couch bed isn't the most comfortable. Otherwise fantastic stay."
