Everything was perfection from the time we arrived until our departure. I will absolutely book this stay again. The staff felt like family and were so kind and hospitable. We traveled to La Fortuna, San Jose, Papagayo and Santa Teresa and Santa Teresa/ the Bohemia Experience was the best hands down.

Do not sleep on Bohemia experience! Guillermo (concierge/reception) was a wealth of knowledge and was so quick to respond to any question or recommendation we asked for. The owner, Shaq, was incredibly kind and provided everything we needed. Your day starts with a perfect Costa Rican breakfast overlooking the ocean and the rest of the day is your oyster. My husband and I would definitely recommend anyone to stay here and will be back!

The staff was wonderful! Very helpful in booking taxis to and from Bohemia. The food and drinks were delicious. Fun experience glamping!

My girlfriend and I had 4 nights stay in the glamping option and we absolutely loved it. The place is even more beautiful than the pictures, the staff is nice, breakfast was great and staying in the glamping huts was so cozy! Would absolutely recommend!

My family of 4 absolutely loved this property. One of the most unique places we have stayed. The craftsmanship of the boutique bungalows is excellent. High ceilings and very well appointed "A-Frame" individual rooms. The owner and staff are very friendly. After 3 days we felt like family. We loved the morning breakfast. Tina the Chef helped prepare fresh fruit, french toast, scrambled eggs every morning. She even made Pico De Gallo for me at my request! "Willie" the concierge/host was the best. He had great advice for all our trips, and helped book a couple of restaurants for us, and a zip-line trip. The owner "Shaq" is very friendly and also advises on trips and things to see. It was fun to learn the history of the property from him and history of the Santa Teresa. I've been vacationing regularly in Costa Rica since 1998 just to give perspective. We hope to be back.

I recently stayed at this amazing beach resort for the third time while visiting Santa Teresa. Each time the vibes and the staff at Bohemia made this experience an unforgettable one. Breakfasts at the resort was another highlight. The food was exceptional, with a variety of delicious, fresh and healthy options. Thank you and see you again next year.

It was a great place, just be mindful the beach is a 4x4 or four wheeler drive away and a bit hard to find but the people are very helpful and send you videos and are available for anything to help you and send pins ect so you can go to different places. Very peaceful vibes

You can drive up the road it's all 500 foot walk up the side of a dirt mountain and then stone steps and there's nothing in there. I had to walk and carry for suitcases and then the bathrooms are 15 steps down at 5 o'clock in the morning, it was just a disaster Nice people though they took care of me. They were nice but it's not for someone that 61 years old with four things of luggage that's for sure unless they're a bill gold. I need to fix the road so that you could drive close to where you're staying and they're only open in the morning and in the afternoon the rest of the time.

Amazing experience, such a beautiful stunning property with views that are out of this world. One of the best places to stay in Santa Teresa! I will return. Even saw a famous Hollywood actress whilst I was there. I will be back for sure.

A unique place

For us a unique place. In the middle of the jungle but only 500m to the beach. We had a beautiful cottage with a nice view. We stayed 5 days with to boys 12 and 15 years old and that was durable. The employees and owner of the place are very friendly and makes you fill very welcome and they are very helpful.

It is a beautiful stay deep in the jungle. It's on the far end of Santa Teresea, but close to great restaurants like Nami. You will absolutely need an ATV to get to this hotel. If you are afraid of driving ATV's, then this stay isn't for you. I got used to the drive up the hill to get to the stay, but at first I was scared. Overall, it was a great experience. Very quiet so if you're looking to meet people, this isn't the place.

Bohemia Experience was our favourite spot to stay while visiting Costa Rica for our honeymoon this past month. It is a short ATV or 4x4 drive away from the Main Street of Santa Teresa. The ocean view from the pool deck and common area was amazing. The included breakfast every morning was fresh and delicious-it was lovely waking up and being able to enjoy the views on the deck every morning. We saw many monkeys while visiting and most mornings we would watch them from our balcony. Staff were all extremely friendly and attentive to our needs. They helped arrange an ATV to be dropped off at our place and provided recommendations on activities to do and places to eat! We will be back.

I had a wonderful stay at Bohemia! I stayed in the Maya bungalow for 2 nights and it was very clean and functional. I travelled to Costa Rica alone and I did feel safe at Bohemia as a female solo traveller. The property is beautiful, there were many monkeys on the trees near the yoga studio, and other wildlife. There is also a sweet little kitten named Bianca that wanders on the property. Breakfast is included in the stay, as well as coffee and filtered water. The food was delicious! The staff were friendly and they provided me with recommendations for food and shopping in the area. The only challenging part of the stay was driving, and they do advise you to have 4x4 drive because the roads are unpaved and can be a little steep. Other than that no issues!
