We Loved Our Stay in Cabuya

This is a special place in that by staying here, you’re supporting a wildlife rescue nonprofit. Beautiful pool, friendly staff, breakfast included, and good dinner options within 1 km.

This place is amazing. From the room to the views to the staff. The work they do with these animals is absolutely priceless. Jeremy and his staff work diligently to make sure these animals have everything they need. You can walk to the beach. The grocery store is right down the hill. Prepare to hear the howler monkeys howling in evening as they wind down, and the macaws chatting away over coffee in the morning.😊 What an awesome experience. Jeremy couldn’t be more helpful with advice on what sights to see to setting up transportation for me. Super responsive! Of the food? Delicious! Thank you for everything!

The perfect place

Amazing place, in the middle of the jungle with a stunning view and a great pool ! The staff there was so nice and helpful with everything we need ! Breakfast was perfect and the visit of the rescue center on the morning was great too ! The road is a bit rough to get there but if you have a 4x4 that will do !

The hotel is nice and staff is great and breakfast is good as well as exo friendly as they team works with injured animals and release them. Roads are still not developed and beaches are rocky But great place to stay

OK Stay!

Getting there requires a 4x4. This is no joke the road to the lodge was awful and me having a regular sedan was the worst decision ever. I contactes the property about this before coming. It’s a pity that the manager takes it like a light topic when asked about it. The bottom of my car kept scratching the ground. I would not have come there had I known about it. The room was modern and clean. Nothing to complain about. However I felt disappointed that you do not get to get closer to animals nor to interact with them. We were explained why (due to the fact they should not get used to humans) but clearly I was expecting to enjoy more the proximity of animals when coming to such a lodge. If that’s your expectation too, you’ll be dissapointed.

Endroit magnifique en pleine jungle!!!

C’est un endroit magnifique. Si vous aimez être en immersion dans la nature, vous serez gâté. Vous vous réveillerez au son des singes hurleurs et des Aras. Le personnel vous serve le petit déjeuner, à chaque matin, sur votre balcon. Les chambres sont spacieuses et très propres. La piscine permet de se rafraîchir. Le chemin d’accès à l’hôtel est un peu hasardeux et accidenté, mais très accessible. Une fois arrivée, vous l’oublierez rapidement. Il y a une multitude d’oiseaux et de petits animaux: cerf, Coati, agouti. Le petit village de Cabuya est tout près et il y a de très bons restaurants et de belles plages. Nous le recommandons sans hésiter.

Tolle Unterkunft direkt im Jungle...Brüllaffen und Ara's direkt vor dem Fenster! Tolle Erfahrung Sehr schöne Anlage und nur 15min von Montezuma entfernt. Schöner Pool zum relaxen. Für einige Nächte wirklich zu empfehlen!!!

Cadre idyllique, personnel aux petits soins, petit dej servi sur la terrasse de la chambre avec les ara juste à côté. Ils nourrissent les perroquets puis les touristes pour notre plus beau plaisir. Nous avons eu la chance d’avoir la visite de singe à quelques mètres de la terrasse. Par contre 4x4 obligatoire

Tolles Erlebnis mitten im tropischen Wald! Umgeben von einzigartiger Flora (und Fauna!) zeigt sich hinter der Aufzuchtstation das neue Gästehaus mit tollem Pool und Meerblick. Auf jeden Fall einen Besuch wert - dabei nicht die Führung durch die Aufzuchtgehege verpassen!
