"The hotel is in a very good location. My biggest issue was with the loud smell of moisture/mildew/ microbial growth in the room. Didn’t pay much attention to it until I started sneezing and coughing. After I got into the shower I could see where there was a ceiling leak(still active) that had mold coming through the ceiling along with water and the ceiling peeling off. "Clean room and decent breakfast"

"First time staying in Americus. Was greeted cordially and check in was quick. Room was clean, breakfast was good, and although I'm not a Peleton user, there was a bike in the Fitness Center. Will stay here again."

"This place is a dump.They should not even be on Expedia. 40 dollars a night is too much to pay for that crap try 10 dollars. Towels were dirty, room smelled like mildew. Roaches were crawling over everything. Only time I saw staff was when they checked me into this hell hole. I wished my money was refundable cause I deserved it back. Only reason I stayed because I couldn't get refunded. But I was miserable as long as I was there."

But it was great! The carpet in the hall needs replaced, some things needed updating but overall it is far better than I normally get for the price!! "Room was in Excellent condition and very clean. Plenty of parking and staff was very friendly. I was disappointed the pool was shut down because someone threw up in it but that was out of their control until tested. The breakfast was small and light with Eggs and sausage, cereal, muffins and yogurt but it was good."
