"I had nothing but problems with my stay! First I went to check in and the man at the front desk couldn’t find my reservation for some reason even though I had a receipt from where I reserved the room. Then he told me the parking was complementary but on the reservation I had to pay $73 to park and he said he could not give it back to me since I already paid it. After we left I never received my security deposit back I have called the front desk and they say it has been sent but it hasn’t. After...

"Craig was outstanding with his customer service. My wife and I were celebrating our wedding anniversary and I set up champagne and chocolate covered strawberries upon arrival. Unfortunately, it was never present. Craig went above and beyond to make sure we had it by bed time. Even though the strawberries were horribly decorated but at least they tried. The property itself needs renovation especially with the obvious black mold coming from the hallway from the showers."
