The property was excellent for the price range, I mean it’s not the Ritz Carlton, but I felt safe and the room was clean. The staff was helpful and had no vermin or anything unpleasant happen during my stay.

There isn’t front desk support, it is a kiosk. $15 for parking plus $100 hold on your card that wasn’t disclosed when I booked. Over all okay. Hotel had a funky smell.

The motel sits along the highway but right near everything in walking distance in downtown ATL. The property looks a bit old but the room was well maintained. It did have a kiosk for check ins but there was a sweet lady working when I checked in and out. Parking is $15.00. probably the cheapest you'll find in that area. No problems. Would recommend and would stay there again.

Nice place to stay, extremely helpful staff, only complaint is about the cleanliness of the room, the floor, walls, and furniture were all quite dirty. Not messy or dirty in a clearly visible way, but deep cleaning definitely needed. By contrast, the bathroom/tub were very clean; no complaints there. Final note, a potential concern hotel has no control over concerns the questionable safety of the surrounding area, however that describes much of ATL in general. All in all a good stay and would come back again but do not walk around on the floor without slippers.

I didn’t like that there wasn’t someone there in person to check you in or out. Also my batteries in the remote went dead at night and it opted for me to contact the desk for more. But again there was no one at the desk to assist with that. The pictures on Expedia made the hotel look different than what it actually was. It was convenient for the event we attended. Overall it was ok. I’d stay again if needed.

As a firefighter I would love to know why the window's in the room i stayed in had 1" long bars screwed across the window's preventing them from being able to be opened.I have photo evidence.

Dirty and mediocre motel, with no human beings at the front desk. As others have mentioned, you check in by essentially having a zoom call with somebody in India over a kiosk. Room was dirty when I first got there, and they did not give me back my security deposit claiming that I left the room in “horrible condition” which is absolutely untrue. I took photos before I checked out and will be escalating this. Would give zero stars if that were an option.
