Staff and communication faultless

The staff were amazing, communication was faultless. They went above and beyond to accommodate us for work and our small trucks. We ordered pizza's for tea and we asked the staff to leave them in our cabin in the fridge as we were getting back late from work after the cafe had shut so we could heat them up. Thats what i call old fashion great hospitality! I'll be bringing my family here for sure for a holiday.

Lovely but disappointing and misrepresented

Beautiful and peaceful location and we requested late checkout which was cheerfully agreed to. Initially the owners were very obliging and easy to get on with. However, the cabin was not as represented. Although it was clean the bed was very hard and the "fully equipped kitchen" consisted of a littlle microwave, 4 burners, a frying pan a couple of pots and a few utensils to cook with. Unfortunately when we tried to shower on the morning of our departure we found there was no hot water. When I told the lady at checkout she told me she would have shifted me...but that would not have been much help when we were leaving. Another frustrating feature was the rule that our vehicle could not be left near the cabin, but had to be parked in the "car park."

The property is in a very quiet and beautiful area surrounded by the Murray river on three sides. Very muddy when wet and rubbish not far from the cabins.

The beautiful gum tress and that the park backed onto the Murray. We saw a koalas and kangaroos on site as well.

Peaceful. Glad we knew about dirt road in -approx 3 kms but makes it even better. Secluded. Stayed in one of the villas. Perfect spot. Up high so perfect view of Murray and faces directly to sunset.

Secluded getaway

I loved the seclusion of the Time Out Hilday Park. It’s just the place to get away from the stress of the city. I will take my dog next time. And having a private beach in the river was a bonus

Lovely holiday park

Lovely peaceful place to stay. Very clean and well maintained cabin. The only noise at night was the male koala roaring in the tree next to our cabin!! Close to local town with good pub for meals if you don’t want to cook.

Great Surprise

The Park was fantastic and a great surprise. After a lot of dramas on the way up, google maps led us the interesting back way along tracks but the park has lots of signs posted at key turns we could trust (not google maps) and found our way there late at night. Cabin was clean and comfortable.

Not what was expected

When we first pulled onto the road leading to the place we thought we had been scammed to be honest but once we got there it was beautiful our villa was amazing we had koalas outside our villa and kangaroos there was a small convenience store that was cute staff were so lovely over all I can’t wait to go back we loved our stay the kids had so much fun and loved seeing all the wild life 😁😁😁😁😁😁

Great family stay, had 2 bedroom villa.

Excellent place to stay, beautiful beach area on the murray. Family loved the brand new cabins. Only note is we didnt realise the 2km dirt track to get to park, but worth it. Lots of kangaroos!!
