"The bathroom was not clean there was 3 pillows for a couple which is strange. There was no fridge and the room was a bit tired.
Breakfast was ok, no granola no berries or topping for porridge. There was a bit of dried out rocked not oil for it. No fresh breads and coffee wasn’t nice. Also we could hear our neighbours who were noisy late into the night."

"I love this hotel and I'm sad not to be able to give it 5 stars but it's sadly suffering from neglect. I know times are hard for hospitality but it could be so much nicer with a few changes.
For instance why have a cupboard obviously meant for a fridge but not have a fridge? Why have fake grass on the balcony which gets full of water and very unpleasant to walk on? Why not have a nice set of furniture on the balcony? we had one chair no table. Our kettle didn't work, the plughole in the...

"Easy to park, room was great, nice and warm, well equipped if you take your own food. We used the restaurant the food was excellent, staff friendly.
Could do with a main entrance sign, it wasn’t obvious when we arrived in the dark."

"Nice hotel good food friendly staff special mention for Floyd
in the resteraunt lovely guy nothing was to much trouble always greeted with a smile and a friendly word. Only one small complaint was with the room we could not open the window it was stuck shut we asked at reception if something could be done to open the window nothing was done just for the record it was room 225 date of stay 16th till 20th march weather was good would have been nice to open the window as the room was stuffy"
