"While the proximity to the beach was as advertised, the hotel and pool portion of the cafe were run down and not inline with our expectations for the price. There were loud workers talking outside our door at 4am, the construction next door wafter fire smoke into the room and onto the property at night and in the morning. Giant 4" spider found in the bathroom."

"Sharon at reception was exceptional. She was very thorough, informative and even assisted me with booking shuttles and tours. The property was gorgeous, clean and well maintained. So many pools and maintenance workers upkeeping the exterior. The walk to the Java coffee shop/Wave restaurant is 5 minutes and about 15 minutes to downtown which has many gift shops, restaurants and grocery stores. "Beautiful property and room! The pools are plentiful and never felt crowded—we saw a monkey! Treat yourself to an evening sunset by the lobby bar—breathtaking! The beach is ona beautiful cove. My kids enjoyed the rocky areas for “tidepooling” for hermit crabs, fish, etc. There is a nice reef right off the beach where daily snorkeling activities are available. "The place is nice but simple. Good for a night or two. It rained all days so wifi was not good, but Staff was very helpful. Beach is across the street and 10 min away you’ll find restaurants and supermarkets"
