Sketchy! Only plus is proximity to rocket launch viewing on Cocoa Beach two blocks away and waffle House across the street. Beds were clean and comfortable but floor felt like you didn't want to take your shoes off and shower filled to ankles. Neighbor was a permanent resident who stayed up all night to play the ukulele. Check in staff friendly. What do you expect for $150 all in, Saturday night in April and last room left in town, we wanted to see the rocket launch last minute. It's a... Room?

The room smelled n the inly offer from manager was frebreeze supposedly due to no other rooms available . There were bugs in shower tub looked like fleas! Pics were taken. So only conclusion without being told room was sprayed for flees. Pillows n she’s appear to be clean . Floor was nasty n greasy!

We did not stay. We opened the door to the room, it smelled of black mold. The bathtub was disgusting. We left. We did not receive a refund, but there was no way we were staying there. We aren’t the only people that was highly disappointed. We walked by one room that had their door propped open with the mini fridge. This place needs to be tore down.

Motel 6 is a dump. I am shamed of Expedia advertising for them. You get there and it should be closed down. They go up on the price after you arrive if you look at the room and you say I can’t stay there they do not want to refund your money. The manager is rude. The inside and outside is trash. The building should be condemned.

No hot water. The pool was filled half way with GREEN slimly water. The rooms smell!!!!! The toilet didn’t flush… If we could give a zero we would! Awful!!!

This was by far the worst hotel I’ve ever booked. Rooms were filthy, no AC in Florida in any of the three rooms I booked. After checking in they gave another guest an exact room key to one of our rooms. I was charged twice. There was not a working pool, no water. The room doors didn’t close properly. And after complaining conveniently the manager had already left. I have been trying to call for hours to speak to the manager and the phone keeps having up. DO NOT STAY HERE!! I want my money back as we had to pick up and find another hotel to stay in. We had 6 kids, one bay and three toddlers. It was disgusting. Cigarette ashes and food still on the floor from God knows when.

Kinda rough. Smelled musty. Was clean but much finish work needed.. pool was green and half full. Nasty. Noone said it was closed so that was definitely not where we would have chosen had we known.

The absolute worst place I’ve ever booked. So filthy that I don’t even stay. The grounds are in poor condition. They have what appear to be full time residents living there who sit outside their doors smoking which then carries into the other rooms. The room was not like advertised. Beds were decades old and were likely not even comfy when new. The tv got 12 channels other than news and a fat line running through the screen. Bathroom had hairs stuck to the wall. I didn’t stay. I also told Expedia who offered $25 on a 250$ room. Absurd.

Property pictures look nothing like what it actually is, rooms were dirty, door didn’t latch and the fridge was still full stuff from whoever stayed last. The pool is not functional, completely drained and the front desk associate was rude. They also refused to give any type of refund when I asked. Don’t stay here!
