Parking was easy and secure. Room was cool. Many people staying, but friendly. Beach chairs and carts on the propery as well as beach towels. A bit of a walk to downtown. Easy close drive. I would definitely stay again.

We stayed in unit ten of the Drift in Cocoa Beach and didn’t really know what to expect. There was parking in front of the complex. The Drift was a quiet complex that was a short walk to the beach. The Drift even had beach chairs to use and beach wagons! As for our unit, it was small but perfect for 2 people. There were bath towels, washcloths, linens, and beach towels to use. They provided a pump soap that could be used for hands, body, and hair, (no conditioner). There were 3 rooms; kitchenette with a table, bench seating, double hot plate, toaster, microwave, Keurig with pods and powder creamer, pots, cooking utensils, utensils and mini fridge/freezer, the bathroom with a shower, no tub, and a bedroom with a TV. The bed was comfortable but there is no dresser or shelves to put your clothes. There were a few hangers in the closet. I do understand there really isn’t any space for a dresser but maybe some shelves in the closet would be nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would stay again.

I had a great experience here!! Being an ex Cocoa Beach resident, it was in a great location!! Very walkable to everything, especially the beach!! If you don't want to walk, you can pick up the A1A trolley northbound by 6th street! It goes all the way through Cocoa Beach/Cape Canaveral and turns around in the Port!! I'll definitely keep this place in mind when I return to the area!!

Place was clean, but it was hard to find our unit since we arrived after dark. The lock was also difficult to use. My husband had to Google the instructions on how to lock it when leaving. It was small with an awkward layout. Bathroom lacked any type of shelf or countertop to place our stuff, yet there was enough space in there that a small shelving unit could have been added. The "yard" and walkways are all gravel so we couldn't roll our suitcases to our unit, they all had to be carried. We stayed here for 2 nights before an 8 day cruise, so we had lots of luggage. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Furniture seemed fragile, we were almost afraid to use the barstools and coffee table. We had to hunt for the bathroom towels, and finally found them in the back of the bedroom closet on the top shelf. There were only three of each towel for 2 people for 2 nights. When we messaged the manager to request more, they made it seem like we were making a major ask, but they did end up bringing more. There were, however, 4 straw hats (for decoration or our use, don't know) and so many throw pillows you couldn't see the couch. Overall, our stay was ok. Not terrible, but not great. Not sure if we would stay again.

Lovely chalet-style apartment. Clean and beautifully decorated, although could have done with some table lamps in living room and bedroom (main lights were a bit harsh when relaxing). Easy parking and good communication with check-in details. Quick and easy walk to the beautiful Cocoa Beach. Quiet, relaxing and felt really safe.

Not safe. Door left ajar when we came back even though it was locked when we left. Not sure if someone has a secret key. There is no deadbolt to lock it from the inside, and only an electronic lock that could be glitchy and randomly open.

Got there no issues until we went to bed i booked this for 3 people and the mattress was literally in a closet with stains and dog hair son is algeric to dogs so what a horrible night no where for him to sleep except for us room service was there at 10 am and had to pay a extra 20 for an hour to get out thought check out was at 11 plus another 30 for the propert no where for my son to sleep this stay for 1 nights misable not worth the money

We were locked out on the first night. The code of the lock didn't work. After I talked with the guest service by phone, we got the real key. But we had to try many time to make it work. Because the kye was not good one. Unfortunately it was very cold night and we staied out side more than 20 min. Small many ants were on the kitchen counter, and I cleaned them out. In the direction, I have to put dirty dishes in the dish washer , but there is not one. So I washed all dirty dishes by hand. My friend staied in other unit(4) and he tald me that the light swich in the living room didn't work and floor didn't look like sweeped.

Staff reached out preemptively and the place was very clean. Would recommend clearer instruction on where to put dirty linens and towels - and recommend changing the thermostat to something cooler - the air was a bit stale and humid when we walked in. Other than that, good stay.

This trip was a delightful get away. My friend got married in downtown Cocoa so my fiancé and I decided to book this place to prevent a night time drive to Daytona. This place is tucked away and perfect for an inexpensive get away. The room entry was flawless and all of our needs were there. I was especially excited about the coffee maker. The bathroom was clean as well as the bedroom. There are plenty of on-site amenities like chairs and a grill that truly turn this stay into a home.

Pros: The apartment was very nice & clean overall. Equipped everything we needed. Loved the location. Cons & suggestions: The only thing I would add would be a shelf in the bathroom for personal items. Also, the shower could use a little more cleaning around the edges and maybe a piece of trim in front of the shower. After paying almost $100 in added fees when we booked through Hotels.com we then were forced to pay a $60 damage fee from BeachVacation rentals. :(
