We checked in, weren’t told about the continental breakfast or timeframe. I walked to our room and there were critters on the floor in the bathroom and bedroom. There was also a large dead roach on the dining table. Continental breakfast was a table in the lobby- breakfast ran out by 8:00/ 8:15 am… with no replenishments. I was extremely disappointed. Also, the doors didn’t seem to close properly… not a good situation overall and will not be going back ever.

the property is old but I would have been ok, but the room smelled musty, the bathroom floor was sticky, there were spots of some type of liquid in bathtub, there was damage to the door lock (an actual hole in the lock). there appeared to be people who lived at the hotel and not just vacationers. the entire hotel was sketchy. i only booked it because it had the wyndam name associated with it. we walked in the room didn't even take luggage, left and grabbed dinner. While at dinner we decided we couldn't return and decided to find another hotel, so i texted the hotel back that the room was unacceptable and we needed to cancel get a refund, they responded and said they were sorry and since we booked through a 3rd party we had to call them to cancel and they would call the hotel to give them approval to cancel, the call with Expedia did not go well at all and they said to call Monday to speak to manager, which I couldn't because I was on a cruise without wifi. I will try to call again this Monday and speak to the manager. It's been a disappointing experience. Marie Toney

Our room had an awful musty smell, but we just needed a place to sleep before boarding our cruise. Bed was clean and comfortable, but the property leaves a lot to be desired.

The room was a disaster. It was not clean the sink was rusted, the hot water would not turn off and the cold water was hard to turn on. The handicap seat on the tub was loose and unsafe.The floor was dirty around the beds and all corners of the room and the bathroom. The toilet seat was loose and the bathroom door needs to be painted on both sides.The TV and the refrigerator were cleaned with a dirty rag from the looks of the surfaces.Cobwebs on the mirror frame. but the towels and the bedding were clean. I left after the first night they agreed to fefund me in full .I paid $171.36 and have not seen the refund yet. I have photos of the room.

Room was all right for the money. For some reason we were given a room for elderly or invalids (no bathtub, large shower and grab handles everywhere). No biggie, just odd. Neighboring property had a large barking dog.

Just needed a place to sleep the night before a flight, check in was easy and room access was fine and it was clean. Good price for a night in Miami.

It’s 50/50 with this place….If u just staying overnight it’s ok but not long term!! The tub slowly drains and the room had zero lamps in it and when complained they bought lamps to the room 1 hour b4 checkout time and we was like well we leaving now it’s to late Lol

Blood stains on sheets, mold on the ceiling in the shower, mold-like stuff on the bathroom faucet, corners in bathroom literally red and filled with dirt, toilet seat did not fit the toilet, overall smelled nasty. Had to buy drinking water b/c the water here smelt/tasted putrid. Shuttle to cruise port not included and was not told it would be an additional charge until I asked. Easy parking, friendly staff, very nice outdoor pool area (closed for maintence when I was there) but not worth what I paid

The bedspread had either blood or feces on it and he room overall was in poor condition there were tissues between the bead and the bottom as that had been there a while. The outside was absolutely disgusting and the front desk clerk didn’t care.
This is the general condition of the whole motel!

Unfortunately 3 of the 4 rooms were in a disgusting state of disrepair. Did not shower there only slept due to not having a choice before cruising out the next day. The check in was rough to start- I had made my reservation for 4 people for the “queen” bedroom for my self, husband and two boys. She said it had one queen - to which I asked how can it even allow for four people. She did not have an answer but found an open room that had the normal “queen” set up. When I made the reservation a few things I looked for were - Transportation to the port yes it was available for a fee and not included fooled me there. Breakfast- yes it was available but not included Fooled me there. At the very minimum at least clean- fooled me there. My room did not even have a remote for the tv. Thankfully we called and they brought one up and it worked. All I know is we are not a needy family or overly neurotic either. I can say that we will not stay here again nor recommend.

The carpet was nasty and dirty, and the lamp by the bed was broken, and the bathroom was dirty, not 100% clean

This day's Inn is mainly a holding port for cruise customers waiting for the ship and their parking lot. The staff was friendly and responsive, but it is in very poor maintained condition. The hotel advertised on the internet and the actual hotel doesn't exist in reality. I would not stay here again.

Arrived at hotel - the room was terrible, lamp not working, no chair to sit on couldn’t find an outlet to plug medical device in. All sorts of paint patches on walls. Called front desk and they sent Matthew and he helped us move in to better room and helped with extension cord. Stayed two nights no fresh towels. Will never stay with them again.

Staff was good, however room smelt terrible, dirty room, price wasn’t great for what we got. Downfall, stayed right across from ice machine and vending only for drunk individuals to be playing with the ice in the middle of the night. Wouldn’t stay here again. Ever.
