"Unattended reception. Waited on phone for approximately 20 minutes to check in. Room backed onto back laneway. Woken each morning by garbage trucks at around 5 am. Curtains didn’t block out the lights in the carpark very well "

"Pleasant stay being moved to a room with a King Bed which was very comfortable. We did find 3 of the 4 pillows supplied were uncomfortably firm. A spar bath in the room was not used, but was available. Our good sized room was supplied with a micowave, along with a small refrigerator / freezer and 2 sets of cutlery/crockery. "The room we booked through Expedia was not as described, but the Property Manager was upfront about the issue and generously upgraded us on the spot. The room was clean, comfortable, and well‑appointed with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, microwave, and a Smart TV. The shower had excellent water pressure, and after a long day’s drive we had a very comfortable and restful night’s sleep."
